Processes
Processes define the request lifecycles, i.e. a list of statuses such as "New", "Solution", "Resolved" etc. The request position in the lifecycle is determined by the request status.
You can manage processes in ALVAO Admin under Manage – Service Desk – Processes which will open the Processes window.
A single process can be assigned to one or more services.
