Extended support (maintenance)

1. Go to License Registry and locate the license for which you have extended support and use Edit.
2. On the tab General:
   • Adjust the date Upgrade/support to.
   • If the license is being extended along with the support extension, adjust the Expiry by date.
   • If you have also increased or decreased the number of licenses along with the support extension, adjust the number in the Number field - see Increase/decrease number of licenses.
3. If by paying for support you also get the option to use a newer version of the product:
   • On the General tab in the Product field, set the latest version of the product.
   • Go to the tab Substitute products and add any older versions of the product that the license may cover - or see Enable downgrade.
4. Go to the Documents tab and add a link to the invoice documenting the support purchase.
5. Save your changes using the OK button.
