Symptoms
When you fill maximum allowed text length into input, an error is displayed: "SQLException : String or binary data would be truncated"
Cause

Steps to reproduce this behavior
In Columns Control, display multiline text field with maximum length of 16 characters.
Insert text into this field, including new lines.
