SD WA - Request - Transit to status/Send Message - Filling out required Internal target doesn't work

Symptoms
When Internal target is required while changing state through Transit to status or Send Message forms, filled value is not saved.
Cause
The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.
Solution
Fixed in release 11.0.1154 - 11.0/FIX2 (2022-06-02)
Workaround
Set Internal target through command Edit request.
Steps to reproduce this behavior
- Set Internal target as required for state Solution.
- Create request and use command Transit to status Solution.
- Set Internal target.
- Send the form.
