Symptoms

Defined custom field with combination of type int and use the value list property checked.
Conversion failed when converting nvarchar value 'Value' to data type int.

Cause

The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.

Solution

Fixed in release 11.0.1154 - 11.0/FIX2 (2022-06-02)

Workaround

You can use direct SQL query with code in Attachment sq-ReadColumn instead of API metod ReadColumn.
