Symptoms
Notification of created request is placed behind the solver change and state change records.
Cause
Notification is written to the log after solver assignment and state change. The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.
Solution
Fixed in release 11.1.1096 - 11.1 (2023-04-13)

Create new request with automatic assignment to solver and state change.
