SD - New request from e-mail message - When e-mail has a lot of recipients, request is not created

Symptoms

When message has a lot of recipients in fields To or Copy, new request is not created from this message.
Error message in the log: "String or binary data would be truncated.".

Cause

The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.

Solution

Fixed in release 11.0.1154 - 11.0/FIX2 (2022-06-02)

Workaround

Create request manually or forward the message only to the service e-mail.

Steps to reproduce this behavior

Fields To or Copy has to contain recipients that are written with 2048 characters or more.
