ALVAO - ServerSetup/DatabaseDeploy - print report templates/service catalog is missing in the newly created DB

Symptoms

ServerSetup / DatabaseDeply is run on an already created, empty DB (CRATE DATABASE was executed before, i.e. from SQL Server Management Studio).
ServerSetup/DatabaseDeploy does not create print report templates or a service catalog in the database.

Cause

The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.

Solution

Fixed in release 11.0.1154 - 11.0/FIX2 (2022-06-02)

Workaround

If you have created an empty database (CREATE DATABASE ...) and you have started ServerSetup/DatabaseDeploy over it, load the print report templates or the service catalogue from the appropriate subfolders of the DatabaseDeploy utility manually.
