Symptoms
Settings manager can't see command for New service creation.
Cause
The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.
Solution
Fixed in release 11.0.1201 - 11.0/FIX3 (2022-07-07)
Workaround
It is still possible to create a new service if the correct URL address is inputed into the web browser.
Steps to reproduce this behavior
User is member of Settings manager group.
