Symptoms
If the request is in a state with manual approval and the transition between states is controlled by the approval result, the state of the request cannot be changed when the request service process is changed to another process.
Cause
The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.
Solution
Fixed in release 11.0.1201 - 11.0/FIX3 (2022-07-07)
