SD - Request - Reopen by requester through an e-mail - Doesn't work when the requester is also member of solver team

Symptoms
Closed request will not be reopened when requester sends an e-mail to it.
Cause
The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.
Solution
Fixed in release 11.1.1096 - 11.1 (2023-04-13)
Workaround
Solver reopens the request.
Steps to reproduce this behavior
Requester has to by member of solver team.
