WA - New user gets error "500 - Data at the root level is invalid." when viewing grids

Symptoms

Error "500 - Data at the root level is invalid. Line 1, position 1" is displayed when trying to show requests or request bindings by new user. Other grids may also be affected.

Cause

The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.

Solution

Fixed in release 11.1.1096 - 11.1 (2023-04-13)

Workaround

Open "Administration - Users" and select the user that is experiencing the problem. Select command "Set profile" and select "Default settings - requesters" or "Default settings - members of solving teams" to overwrite user profile and save changes.

Steps to reproduce this behavior

There are saved settings for grids in profile values of users "Default settings - requesters" or "Default settings - members of solving teams". Create new user and set his roles as requester or solver. Login as new user. Display requests or request bindings in the detail of request.
