OA – New request – User with only the role Request reporter on the selected service – after request is created, error 403 is returned

ALVAO Service Desk 11.0 and higher

Symptoms

If user has only the role Request reporter on the selected service, after request is created, error 403 (Access denied) is returned.
Page with *Last communication with sender / the latest viewed requests* shouled be returned instead.
User = user logged into OA.

Cause

The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.

Solution

Fixed in release 11.0.2043 - 11.0/SP1 (2022-09-15)
