Symptoms
The "Error during serialization or deserialization using JSON JavaScriptSerializer" appears when typing in the suggestion box to search groups.
Cause
The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.
Solution
Fixed in release 11.0.2092 - 11.0/SP1 FIX5 (2022-10-06)
Workaround
Type more characters into suggestion box to decrease the count of found groups that are sent by the server.
Steps to reproduce this behavior
There must be a greater count of user groups (approximately thousands). Open Users in administration. Select Edit of Membership in groups. Select command Add and start typing a letter into suggestion box.
