ALVAO Asset Management 11.0 and higher

Symptoms

If an organization has first purchased the ALVAO Service Desk product and set custom notifications for services, when purchasing ALVAO Asset Management, users may receive a blank notification when signing the handover protocol via the web.

Cause

The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.

Solution

Fixed in release 11.0.2043 - 11.0/SP1 (2022-09-15)
