SD – Request – Resolve – Request without solver – If user only has Main solver role, request is not assigned to him

ALVAO Service Desk 11.0 and higher
Symptoms
The main solver wants to solve a request that does not have an assigned solver.
A request that does not have a solver assigned at that moment should try to assign it to the user who solved it.
After solving this request, main solver is not solver of that request.
Cause
The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.
Solution
Fixed in release 11.0.2092 - 11.0/SP1 FIX5 (2022-10-06)
Workaround
Assign a Solver role to this user.
Steps to reproduce this behavior
User with the role main solver, but without the role solver on the service.
