Database is not created with default server collation but with Czech_CI_AS

Symptoms
The collation of the created database is set to Czech_CI_AS, if it was not explicitly specified during installation.
Cause
The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.
Solution
Fixed in release 11.1.1096 - 11.1 (2023-04-13)
Workaround
Create the new database with desired collation before running setup or DatabaseDeploy.exe.
Steps to reproduce this behavior
Use the setup and select the option "" for database collation or run DatabaseDeploy.exe to create new database without setting the collation parameter (/collation).
