AM Console - Startup error after upgrading from previous versions - "The procedure entry point [...] could not be located in the dynamic link library [...].dll."

ALVAO Asset Management 11.0 and higher

Symptoms

AM Console can't be running. There is an error immediately after start: "The procedure entry point [...] could not be located in the dynamic link library [...].dll."

Cause

The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.

Solution

Fixed in release 11.1.1096 - 11.1 (2023-04-13)

Workaround

Uninstall AM Console and install again.

Steps to reproduce this behavior

Install AM Console 10.3 and then upgrade to 11.0.
