AM Console - Objects tree - New request - Only the highest parent is linked

ALVAO Asset Management 10.2 and higher

Symptoms

When selecting multiple objects where one of them is the parent of the others, only the parent is linked to the request. If the parent is not in the selection, everything works correctly.

Cause

The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.

Solution

Fixed in release 11.1.1096 - 11.1 (2023-04-13)

Workaround

Do not select parents and child objects together or use the Child objects tab.
