AM WA - My documents - A file with special characters in the name cannot be downloaded

ALVAO Asset Management 10.2 and higher

Symptoms

If a handover protocol that has a document number with a special character (e.g. "/") is issued, the protocol cannot be displayed on the My Documents page.

Cause

The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.

Solution

Fixed in release 11.1.1096 - 11.1 (2023-04-13)
