SD - Advanced Workflows - Automatic request creation is performed again on Closed status when there is automatic transition between Resolved-Closed statuses

Symptoms

Since Alvao 11.0 SP1 FIX5.
Modul Advanced Workflows (AW) - automatic request creation is defined on some status on the selected process.
Resolve request that has automatic request creation without any condition - when there is automatic transition between Resolved-Closed statuses on the process of the service in which this request was created, all requests from Advanced Worklow are created again.

Cause

The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.

Solution

Fixed in release 11.0.2404 - 11.0/SP1 FIX7 (2022-12-01)

Workaround

On the process where automatic request creation is set, cancel automatic transition between Resolve and Closed statuses.

Steps to reproduce this behavior

Activated AW.
Automatic request creation.
Resolve request that has automatic request creation on some of it's status. If statuses Resolve and Closed are defined with automatic transition -> all requests from advanced workflow are created again.
