Symptoms
Link contains & instead of & and does not work.
Cause
The cause is a bug in CKEditor component, more info at: https://github.com/ckeditor/ckeditor4/pull/4910
Solution
Fixed in release 11.1.1096 - 11.1 (2023-04-13)
Workaround
Copy link directly from a web page.
Steps to reproduce this behavior
- In browser use Copy link command at some link
- Paste link into email/note
