AM Console - Software - some software views may be slowed down

ALVAO Asset Management 11.0 and higher

Symptoms

Refreshing some tables with software may be slowed down. This applies for example to the following locations:
- Software (one computer)
- Software (summary view)
- Overview of licenses and installations - top table.
This slowdown has been caused by improved licensing on software packages.

Cause

Solution

Fixed in release 11.0.2404 - 11.0/SP1 FIX7 (2022-12-01)

Workaround

If you upgraded the database by version 11.0 FIX6 or older:
- Install ALVAO Asset Management Console 11.0 FIX7.
- Run all SQL scripts from attachements (because there was some changes in the database objects).
