SD - SLA Alerts - When missing, the default SLA Alerts are created by every database upgrade

Symptoms
When are some of the default SLA alerts missing during upgrade (e.g. to 11.0 SP1), they are created again.
Cause
The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.
Solution
Fixed in release 11.1.1096 - 11.1 (2023-04-13)
Workaround
Delete those alerts again.
Steps to reproduce this behavior
Remove some of the default SLA alerts on ALVAO 11.0. Then upgrade to ALVAO 11.0 SP1.
