ALVAO 10.3 and higher

Symptoms

If there are several thousand nodes in one level of the tree, an "Error during serialization or deserialization using the JSON" error may be displayed. This applies to both service and object trees.

Cause

Solution

Fixed in release 11.1.1096 - 11.1 (2023-04-13)

Workaround

Split the level into multiple subtrees or use a table view.
