SD WA - New linked request form - The link cannot be created to the original request when using custom URL form for the service

ALVAO 11.0 and higher
Symptoms
The field "New request (select link type)" is not available. The tag and name of the original request to be linked is not displayed.
Cause
The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.
Solution
Fixed in release 11.1.1096 - 11.1 (2023-04-13)
Workaround
Create the new request and use the command "Add link" subsequently.
Steps to reproduce this behavior
Select request and Links detail. Choose command "New linked request". Select a service that uses a custom form URL to enter new request.
