WA - New linked request - Copy values - Objects from the source request are not copied

ALVAO Service Desk 10.2 and higher

Symptoms

Inserted objects from the source request should be copied to the linked one.
This is not happening, instead only objects that are already inserted into the linked request are copied the same way as Requester, Service and SLA values.

Cause

The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.

Solution

Fixed in release 11.1.1096 - 11.1 (2023-04-13)

Workaround

Insert these objects again.
