ALVAO Service Desk 10.0 and higher
Symptoms
System still sends notification by custom notification settings.
It should not.
Cause
The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.
Solution
Fixed in release 11.1.1096 - 11.1 (2023-04-13)
Workaround
Before saving the service formular, switch setting from Send a custom notification to Send a standard notification.
And turn of this notification.
Steps to reproduce this behavior
Service – Notifications:
Select choice Send a custom notification.
Turned of settings this notification.
