SD - Request templates - Subquery returned more than 1 value

Symptoms

When you arrive at the Request Template page, you may receive the error "Subquery returned more than 1 value. This is not allowed when the subquery follows =, !=, <, <=, >, >= or when the subquery is used as an expression." and the request template table is not displayed. This error is caused by a custom field value list item that has multiple values with the same name and is set in the request template.

Cause

The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.

Solution

Fixed in release 11.1.1096 - 11.1 (2023-04-13)

Workaround

Run the script from the attachment.
