WA - New request from custom form - intext images are not visible in the notification of the request creation

Symptoms
Intext images are not visible in the notification of the request creation.
Problem is in the CKEditor (field description).
Images that are included in CKEditor on the custom forms remains only in the IIS temp folder and are not saved in database.
Cause
The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.
Solution
Fixed in release 11.0.2506 - 11.0/SP1 FIX9 (2023-02-02)
Workaround
Attach images via Add attachment button (if form does have it defined).
Steps to reproduce this behavior
Create a new request from custom form.
Add image to the text in the CKEditor (field description).
Image in the notification about request creating is not visible.
Image is visible in the Service Desk WebApp.
