SD - Request - Approval event - the read/unread flag setting is not working

ALVAO Service Desk 10.4 and higher

Symptoms

If there is an approve/reject event in the request and it's manually set to read/unread, the setting isn't saved the next time the request is displayed.

Cause

The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.

Solution

Fixed in release 11.1.1096 - 11.1 (2023-04-13)
