SD - Request - Running approval process has no approvers

Symptoms
Approval of the request is in progress, but there are no approvers to make the decision, because current step is meant to be approved by group which has no members.
Cause
The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.
Solution
Fixed in release 11.1.1096 - 11.1 (2023-04-13)
Workaround
Cancel the approval process manually.
Steps to reproduce this behavior
Use an approval scheme with a step that is approved by a group with no members or its members are not the requester or his supervisor and the option "Only the requester or their supervisor" is enabled.
