ALVAO Service Desk 11.0 and higher
Symptoms
Tab shows no data after second and next loadings.
Cause
The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.
Solution
Fixed in release 11.1.1096 - 11.1 (2023-04-13)
Workaround
Refresh the page.
Steps to reproduce this behavior
- Load request detail in OA/Mobile device/Narrow window on PC.
- Go to tab Links.
- Go to another tab.
- Go to tab Links again.
