SD - Ticket link in act does not use WA URL set in Alvao WebApp settings

Symptoms

Hyper-text link that is automatically inserted into the request act should redirect to Alvao WebApp. This link does not use an address from WA settings, instead of that, the link is created with a local address. Users that use certain aliases are not redirected to the correct domain.

Cause

The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.

Solution

Fixed in release 11.1.1096 - 11.1 (2023-04-13)

Workaround

Steps to reproduce this behavior

Use Alvao WA with domain aliases A and B. Set WA URL in settings to domain alias B Send a message to the request from alias A. Link in the message redirects you to domain alias A instead of B
