Symptoms
The import ends with an error: "Object reference is not set to an instance of an object"
Stack trace points to Alvao.ImportAD.Db.FindPersonId method
Cause
The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.
Solution
Fixed in release 11.0.2558 - 11.0/SP1 FIX10 (2023-03-02)
