Symptoms
Web App shows error 500 which contains 'SD or AM Custom Apps module is not activated'
Cause
The cause is an error in ALVAO products.
Solution
Fixed in release 11.1.1096 - 11.1 (2023-04-13)
Workaround
Disable all applications or request testing license with SD Custom Apps from ALVAO Technical support.
Steps to reproduce this behavior
- License for AM Custom Apps but not for SD Custom Apps
- Enable any application in Administration - Applications
