ALVAO - Configuration check - sends unnecessary emails

ALVAO 11.0 and higher
Symptoms
The user receives an email due to a bad ALVAO setting. When the user goes to WA, he/she is told that the application is set up correctly.
Cause
The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.
Solution
Fixed in release 11.1.1096 - 11.1 (2023-04-13)
