ALVAO Asset Management 11.0 and higher
Symptoms
If tree rights are disabled and user in not a member in the AM Admin group, he can't read any objects.
Cause
The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.
Solution
Fixed in release 11.1.2377 - ALVAO 11.1/SP1 FIX10
Workaround
Assign him role AM Admin temporarily.
