AM WA - Objects - Print - Handover protocol is not sent when there is a missing connection to SD user

ALVAO Asset Management 10.4 and higher
Symptoms
The message "PDF is being built" is displayed all the time and the message "The protocol was successfully sent to the user for signing." is not shown.
Cause
The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.
Solution
Fixed in release 11.2.1486 - 11.2/FIX3 (2024-07-04)
Workaround
Fill in the information in the user object required for connection with existing user in the Service Desk (login name, personal number, email)
Steps to reproduce this behavior
- Open Objects and select an user or underlying object. The user object has no email or personal number filled that would connect it with the user in the Service Desk.
- Use Print command and select some handover protocol template. Select Sign method via web. Confirm the dialog with OK.
- Use the Send command.
