Symptoms
The user is allowed to choose a custom service tile with an incorrect file type.
Cause
The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.

Steps to reproduce this behavior
Go to Administration - Service Desk - Services and edit service icon in service properties. Try to upload a custom service icon from your computer other than PNG format, for example PDF or SVG.
