Documents
The table contains all existing
documents (invoices, handover protocols, ...).
If you are only selecting a document (for example, adding
object to link to a document), there are no options available for editing documents.
- New - create a new document.
- Edit - edit the selected document.
- Delete - delete the selected document.
- Void - mark selected documents as invalid.
The table then displays the date the document was invalidated in the Removed column and the date the document was invalidated in the Deleted column.
Deleted by user the name of the logged-in user who invalidated the document. Invalid documents are distinguished in the list by a red cross icon. If the selected document was
linked to an object, this change will also be reflected in the journal for that object.
- Open Attachment - open the attachment of the selected document.
