Definition of properties

The table shows the existing property definitions. The window allows you to edit existing property definitions and create new ones.

Options:

  • New - create a new property definition.
  • Edit - edit the selected property definition.
  • Delete - delete selected property definitions. Only those definitions that are not linked to other information in the database can be removed.
  • Copy - create a copy of the selected property definition and save it under a new name.
  • Close - close the window for editing property definitions.
Note:
The Copy and Close options are only available if you have opened the window using the Tools menu. They are not available if you are adding a new property to an object selected in the tree.
