Available operations
The following operations are part of the module:
Requests
- Read, filter, sort, paginate and search
- Create
- Change requester, request name, SLA, priority, impact, urgency, and custom fields
- Submit
- Change status
- Move to another service
- Read request log (including attachments)
- Create log entry (including attachments)
- Read and create links to other requests
- Read and create links to objects
Note:
Permissions for operations are governed by the permissions of the accessing user in Alvao.
