ALVAO Service Desk Enterprise API
This module contains the REST API of the ALVAO Service Desk product, which you can use to create custom extensions, integrate with other systems, etc., e.g. using the Service Desk Custom Apps module.
Technical requirements
Installing and activating the module
The module must be activated with an activation key, which you can obtain from your Alvao system supplier. In ALVAO WebApp - Administration - Licenses, select Insert Activation Key and enter the activation key.
