Autogenerated Asset Tree

Autogenerated Asset Tree application automatically sorts your assets into the asset tree.

Installation and setup

  1. Download the application.
  2. (On-prem) Run the script in your database: update tProperty set sPropertyValue = isnull(sPropertyValue, '') + ';AutogeneratedAssetTreeSetting' where sProperty = 'AdditionalEditableProperties'
  3. In Administration - Settings - Advanced - Add in Name field select AutogeneratedAssetTreeSetting and to the Value field enter the code from this JSON file
    4. (for more information about the code, see the video bellow).
  4. In Administration – Applications - Import select the AutogeneratedAssetTree app and click on the Allow button in the command bar.
  5. In Asset management in the asset tree you will see new commands after clicking on the Imported from Microsoft Entra ID folder.
