Server Setup - No active internet connection - .NET6.0 is missing on the server - SS returns an error

Symptoms
If server does not have an internet connection, Server Setup will not be installed if .NET6.0 is not already present.
In the SS log: Failed attempt to download URL: 'https://download.visualstudio.microsoft.com/download/pr/9dc77a6b-0276-4ad5-9bfa-d84b546686ef/f01bbcf2dc0e7f5dbd0a7d337fd4cd43/dotnet-runtime-6.0.9-win-x64.exe' to: 'C:\Windows\Temp\{CB6E5F27-8293-41C5-82E8-CEFAD089B31D}\NetFx60Redist'
Cause
The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.
Solution
Fixed in release 11.2.1134 - 11.2 (2024-04-11)
Workaround
First install manually .NET6.0 Runtime from here: https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/6.0. OS Windows.
