ALVAO Asset Management 11.1 and higher

Symptoms

If the method of signing the handover protocol is "on paper", the generated document can only be downloaded for the first 40 seconds. After that, the file cannot be downloaded due to a missing extension.

Cause

The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.

Solution

Fixed in release 11.2.1134 - 11.2 (2024-04-11)

Workaround

Download in the first 40 seconds after generation.
In the version 11.1 SP1 the possible time for download was extended to 5 minutes.
