WA - New ticket / New event - Description field - Inserted image - Can be lost after some time

Symptoms
Functionality:
- New ticket
- New ticket from Service catalog
- New event
There is a possibility that image that is inserted via
Insert image command button or by
CTRL-V will be lost after server is restarted.
Cause
Images are mistakenly saved only on the server and NOT in the database.
Solution
Fixed in release 11.2.1347 - 11.2/FIX1 (2024-05-16)
Workaround

Steps to reproduce this behavior
Insert image into Description field.
This behavior seems to be accidentally so far.
