AM Agent - if there is an error in communication with WS, sometimes it does not log the error details

ALVAO Asset Management 10.3 and higher

Symptoms

- AM Agent does not communicate with Asset WebService
- In the log, there is message: [CheckDetectSchedule] calling WS end with error: without any detail.

Fixed in release 11.2.3067 - 11.2/SP1 (2024-09-19)
