SNMP Network Discovery - doesn't work on non-English database, an error "Object properties were not updated, value 'Yes' is not in the value list" is in the log

ALVAO SNMP Network Discovery 11.2 and higher

Symptoms

- SNMP scanner does not create any object in Asset Management
- There is an error in the log: "Object properties were not updated, value 'Yes' is not in the value list"

Cause

The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.

Solution

Fixed in release 11.2.1418 - 11.2/FIX2 (2024-06-06)

Workaround

1. Go to ALVAO Web App - Administration - Asset Management - Property definitions
2. Find the "SNMP sken" property definition
3. Edit value list and add new "Yes" value.
